Q4: Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A: We can provide free samples to customers, but only one piece, but customers need to bear the freight.

Q8: Can your product be installed in cold or hot weather?
A: The working environment temperature of our surge protector is -40ºC~80ºC, as long as the installation environment you are in does not exceed this range, they can all work normally.
