Product Description
The Screw Loader can be combined with all sizes of extruder,high-speed mixer to feed power or granules automatically.
When matching with extruders and high-speed mixer of all kinds , this product can achieve automatic deeding of plastic powder or particle from storage bin or screw and feeding control via level gauge , with customized feeding height. Besides endowed with automatic and fast feeding , it is labor-saving , safe ,and reliable .
Special Feature
DTC Spiral Loader is designed for dosing of powder or pellets into batch weighing station.
Gear motor driven by frequency inverter, bearing support in two ends, shaft sealing by air purging system. Pneumatic pad installed in product inlet for discharge aid of non flow bulk material. U shape barrel for easy disassemble and cleaning, product distributing and lump breaking device are benefit to high accuracy dosing. Screw with different pitch suitable for non flow bulk material.
