Skirt conveyor belt can be divided into two types: skirt-side conveyor belt without partition and skirt-side conveyor belt with partition. It can make all kinds of bulk materials to be continuously transported at any inclination angle of 0-90 degrees. It has the advantages of large inclination angle, wide application range and small occupation area. No transshipment point, reduce investment in civil engineering, low maintenance costs, large transport capacity and other characteristics, solve the common conveyor belt or pattern conveyor belt can not reach the transmission angle.
The corrugated conveyor belt can be designed as a complete conveying system according to the requirements, avoiding the lifting system of discontinuous conveying and complex conveying.
The corrugated conveyor belt can convey all kinds of bulk materials along the horizontal, inclined, vertical and angular directions, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizer and grain, etc.
Material size is unlimited, from very small particle size to 400 mm large particle size, transportation capacity can be from 1 cubic metre/hour to 6000 cubic metre/hour.
Conveyor belts with sidewall and cleats
Used for making raised cleat conveyor belts, which is suitable for transportation of firewood, hay, glass, recyled materials, ackaged goods and boxes at an inclined angle.
