Lumei' s PVC Formwork profiles can be folding to 90° without breaking, easily setup and fixed. We can color match your desired design, manufacture to length required, and print your Company details on the profile. Your Customers will always know who to call when they're ready to order.
Stay in place SIP formwork is a lightweight, hollow form, manufactured from a durable rigid polymer, which when filled with ready mixed concrete, produces a load bearing, fire resistant structural element. The forms are easily connected by hand via snap together joints and can be utilized for walls of any length at the rate of three forms per lineal meter.
Lumei UPVC Formwork Profiles Version is different to traditional concrete formwork. A unique snap-lock joint connects the sheet panels for fast and easy installation, delivering a fully waterproof wall when filled with concrete.
UPVC Profiles made by Lumei are lightweight for greater safety and maneuverability on-site, require no carnage or scaffolding and improve workplace safety.
