Product Description
Ratchet action PVC pipe cutter is ideal for PVC, aluminium or plastic pipes, gas pipes, electrical appliance pipes and other plastic pipeline.
Maximum working size: 42mm.
Soft dipped handles are more comfortable that provides a reliable grip in heavy-duty operations.
1.Use only appropriate cutters with sharp blade to make a perpendicular to the pipe's axis cut without burrs.
2.Pipe deflection may cause a non-square cut when cutting less than one pipe diameter in length.
Blade:
1. 65Mn blade with electroplating , HRC 53°±2°
2.Stainless Steel Blade with polishing , HRC 55°±2° . If with teflon coating HRC 50°±2°.
3. SK5 blade with electroplating, HRC 53°±2°.
Body and handles:
Aluminum Die-casting (ADC 12 aluminum) with plastic-spraying
