PVC Plastic Door's and Window's Profiles Extrusion Production Line

KBL series plastic profile extrusion line is mainly used for producing plastic profiles, such as PVC door and window profile, imitatednarbled profiles, WPC profiles, wide door profiles, window sills and multihole conduit pipes(for example the four holes, six holes, seven holds, nine holds conduit pipes). According to the different cross section of profiles and the moulds, a different model of twin-screw extruder will be chosen, mating corresponding the vacuum forming table, haul off machine, cutter and stacker. All og them consist of a particular plastic profileextrusion line. The capacity of extruder could be selected from 60kg/h up yo 700kg/h. Haul off machine adopts the unipuefluctuation technology, which remains the stable work, good reliability and strong traction. The vacuum forming table adopts increased vortex cooling system, which is easier for cooling and forming so that can meet the requirement of the high speed extrusion. The traction speed of cutting machine keeps synchronization with the haul off machine, which adopts PLC control, reasonable design, stable operation, automatic fixed length cutting and with dust collection device. According to different mould sizes, the vacuum forming table can be chosen as 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters, etc.
