The machine is used to produce single wall corrugated pipe by PE PVC PP or PA Nylon Materials. This kind of corrugated pipe normally size is 10-50mm diameters, popular used in machine tool, machine building, electric insulation protection system, electric automatic control system, public traffic equipment, motor, electric locomotive and air-conditioner equipment, etc.
Our machines is European design and meet 20m/min corrugated pipe extrusion in China market.
The high speed corrugated pipe machinery features are:
1. High speed high efficiency extruder, 20% less power than normal type but 20kg/h higher output. Our high speed efficiency extruder is enough to support 20m/min for 10-50mm diameter corrugated pipe.
2. Good design and good quality forming machine. Gear driven and 100% covered water cooling system for forming machine to support high speed running.
3. Automatic winder, it could meets up to 25m/min speed coiling.
