The PVC Square Hole Grating Pipe is an innovative development based on round corrugated pipes. It integrates the sheath and sub-pipe into one, formed in a single extrusion. It is aesthetically pleasing, made from PVC engineering plastic, with high compressive strength, lightweight, long service life, smooth inner wall, low friction, easy construction, resistance to external forces, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It protects optical and electrical cables, facilitates easy construction, reduces road damage, allows for one-time cable threading, and has low comprehensive cost. The inner hole is approximately square-shaped, providing large effective space for threading optical and electrical cables. The product is mostly available in single-hole, four-hole, and nine-hole pipes. It is widely used in fiber optic communication, cable TV, multimedia transmission projects, and other support and decoration railing projects. 1. Prevent the pipe from arching in the trench during laying.2. Before laying, seal both ends of the pipe tightly to prevent water, soil, and other debris from entering.3. The pipeline should be straight at the bottom of the trench.4. After laying, connect and seal the pipeline promptly, and seal the end of the pipeline where the lead enters.5. Bind with iron wire at certain intervals as per design requirements.6. If there is water in the trench, drain it before laying the pipe.7. When laying the pipe, lift the grating pipe immediately after passing under obstacles to avoid dragging on the ground. Cover with backfill soil up to 300mm, and minimize the exposure time of the straight wall pipe to prevent damage from human or other factors.
