A: Stock products can provide free samples. Custom products need to be based on the number of orders you order.
Q: How can we get a quote?

Q: What format design file you want for printing?
A: AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.

Q: What's the trade term and payement term?
A: 30% or 50% T/T before production; Paid in full before shipment.
Q: May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
A: Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity. Normally 10 to 12 working days after receiving the deposit and sample confirmation.
Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production.
Q: What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
