PRODUCT INFORMATION
DBSD series rapid package dryer,adapted the overseas advancedtechnology. lt evaporates the watercontaining in the package yarnbymeans of using the little pressedhotair. The hot air cycling system andmoist air out letting system enablethe rapid dryingeffects.The dryer isautomatic controlled by the computer,it' s easy to operate, the main featuresare as follows:
- Rapid dryeing speed
The drying time is about 2.5 hours for onelot, it improves theproduction.For e.g. withthe DBSD series of 700 pcs package yarn for one lot, the daily production is above5.2 ton.
- High evaporating ability
Based on test of our dryers, the evaporatingrate is above110kg/hour, it's higher than the74.9kg/hour of radio frequency dryer, it's much higher than the traditional hot air dryers.
- Low energy consumption
It's equipped with the hot air cycling andthe heat insulation system. The main motor iscontrolled by inverter, that enables the lower consumption of heat andelectricity which willsave electric & steam consumption. lt'sdecreased the drying cost a lot.
- High automatic
It's automatic controlled by computer, whichhas the 20 programsof A, B model, accordingto the different technique. It can controltemperature, air volume, air pressure and hotair recycling automatically according to theprogram, it has the alarming and emergencystop system also.The dryer has manual controltoo, that enables the controllability and choseability.
