Packing machine Hdlf (90-65) X2-1000 Multi-Layer Coating and Laminating Machine for milk packaging
I. Introduction:
Model JDLF(90-65)× 2-1000 Multilayer Coating and Laminating Machine is suitable for producing paper based compound packing material, such as Kraft-coated white card paper (printing). Brick shaped, pillow shaped, roof shaped paper-based laminated material used for packaging milk, fruit juice, tea drinks with a shelf life of 2~12 months is made of four-layer coating basis material of aluminum foil(of seven-layer paper-based laminated material). The equipment adopts Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, man-machine interface operation.

1. Unwinding material requirements: Roll base paper, roll aluminum foil;
2. Coating material: Coating grade PE, PP and so on;
3. Coating width: 600~1000mm;
4. Coating thickness: 0.012~0.03 (Single layer);
5. Evenness of coating: Error ± 5%(international stand);
6. Strength of stripping: 3~5 N/30mm (according to the actual coating material);
7. Design machine speed: : 0~150m/min;
8. The first unwind max diameter: φ 1200mm; The second unwind max diameter: φ 600mm;
