CUSTOMER: What price is this product?
Us: It is according to the size, quantity and surface treatment. The thickness of the thinner, the more expensive, the zinc layer is thick, the more expensive.
CUSTOMER: What thickness you can supply?
Us: We mainly do the thickness of 0.12-0.8mm.
CUSTOMER: How many grams of largest zinc layer?
Us: The zinc coating is 30-275g/m2. The cheapest is 30g/m2.
CUSTOMER: Can you produce it with spangles?
Us: Yes. We can produce big spangles,regular spangles and small spangles.
CUSTOMER: What is the difference price between spangles?
Us:The big spangles price is expensive 10USD/Ton than small spangles.If the quantity is big, we can give you the same price.
CUSTOMER:Can you produce galvalume steel?
Us: Yes,we can.By 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon at 600 ºC high temperature solidification and composition.
CUSTOMER: Is the same price?
Us: No. Galvalume steel is more expensive.Because aluminium is more expensive than zinc,and process more complicated. But the galvalume steel's corrosion resistance is stronger than galvanized. You can use 15 years if galvanized. The aluminum plating zinc can use 20 to 25 years. Although expensive, but long service life, it is cheaper.
CUSTOMER: What is your payment terms?
Us: 30% TT deposit, Balance 70% TT against to the copy of the B/L within one week.
CUSTOMER:What is your packing?
Us:Normal export waterproof packaging.The first layer, plastic film, the second layer: waterproof paper, the third layer: galvanized sheet. Later, I send you our packing pictures.
