It is an automated production line capable of continuous and precise impregnation, coating, drying, and cutting processes for wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, insulating paper, kraft paper, balance paper, and other types of paper. The raw materials include various impregnated base papers and resins such as melamine resin (MF), urea-formaldehyde resin (UF), and phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF). This production line is suitable for use in artificial board factories, impregnated paper factories, sealing strip factories, and related industries.
The paper impregnation and coating line consists of several key pieces of equipment, including unwider, impregnation machine, heating oven, coating machine,paper tractor,cutter, and stacking device.
