Paper Machine Doctor Blade
Doctor blade is an important element in paper machine functionality, sheet quality and productivity. Doctors are basically scraping equipment required in many positions on a paper machine and coater to remove contaminants or water from the rolls and for special functions like creping and coating.
1. Removal sheet from the surfaces of cylinders and rolls.
2. Cleaning the surface of the rolls and dryer cylinders.
3.It adapts to the different characteristics of paper and the operating conditions of the paper machine, thus ensuring the quality of paper and production efficiency.

Fiberglass: microfiber combined with flexible expoy resin,excellent adhesion to roll surface , excellent chemical property, 185 degree temperature resistence.
HDPE : 80 degree temperature resistence.
Expoy Resin:excellent chemical resistance expoy resin, excellent wear resistance, 160 degree temperature resistence.

Glass Fiber: Microfiber combined with flexible expoy resin, excellent adhesion to roll surface, excellent chemical property, 185 degree temperature resistence.
Carbon Fiber:We have 20%,40%,60%,100% carbon fiber doctor blade. Blades and roll surface have excellent adhesion, 185 degree temperature resistence.
Stainless Steel: Quenched stainless steel (containing 13% chromium), hardness HRC 42-46, standard thickness 1.2mm, also can customized.
Expoy Resin:Microfiber combined with epoxy resin ,excellent chemical properties,185 degree temperature resistence.
Dryer Section

Phosphor-bronze:Softest in all metal blades, better removing dirt, less damaging rolls.
