Doctor Blade Holder
There are many types of doctor blade holder, two of which are commonly used. One is a rigid tool holder, which cannot be automatically adjusted when the contact surface changes after being fixed. The second type is flexible or self-adjusting tool holder. This structure can be adjusted automatically when the position of the scraper seat changes or the pressurization pressure changes. The air pipe is filled by hydraulic pressure or compressed air. The trachea provides sufficient flexibility to vary according to the contact surface.
Features of Double airbag blade holder
1.The double airbag blade holder ensures that the pressure contact between the blade and the whole banner of the surface is very uniform through the air bag, and there is no need to manually calibrate the blade holder to prevent scratching the roll. Uniform banner pressure can ensure good cleaning effect with small scraper pressure. Compared with ordinary blade holder, it can effectively reduce the wear of editing surface and doctor blade.
2.Double air bag blade holder is pressurized / lifted by the air bag, and the pressure adjustment is very convenient; The unique design can ensure that the blade holder cannot contact the mixing surface when there is no doctor blade. Through the pressure reducing valve, adjust the air supply pressure to effectively control the line pressure (refer to the line pressure design).
3.The double air bag blade holder can effectively solve the three elements (linear pressure, material and angle) of the scraper at the same time, and solve the cleaning problem of rolls caused by the continuous development of papermaking technology.
Application
Install doctor blade holder in the center press section and net section rolls. Due to the centrifugal force, the water and fine fibers in the hole of the vacuum pressure roller will not flow out and adhere to the roller doctor blade to destroy its surface tension, remove some water and fine fibers, and form a tiny negative pressure after the doctor blade to remove the water in the hole. After the fiber is completely discharged, it is cleaned by the second doctor blade.
