The vacuum pressure roller shell is covered with rubber with a thickness of 30-40mm. The advantage of encapsulation is to make the pressure distribution uniform, reduce the abrasion of the felt, and increase the pressure of the press line. Production practice shows that the axial and circumferential center distance of the holes on the vacuum pressure roller is smaller, and the number of holes is larger, which can significantly improve the dehydration effect of the vacuum pressure roller, thereby effectively eliminating the embossing phenomenon and extending the service life of the felt.
