Application
D type pulper is suitable for pulping continually of OCC and commercial waste paper. The heavy impurities can be discharged from a separately settling tank, which will protect equipment from damage by heavy partials. At the same time, it can discharge plastic piece.
Structure
1. The pulper is equipped with VAUX rotor, which can strength hydraulic cycle and improve the efficiency of fiber dismantling.
2. D-shape tank changes the vortex form produced by the traditional pulper and increases the turbulence of the pulp flow. Therefore, the paper bundle is quickly immersed below the liquid surface and the moving path of the waste paper raw material in the pulper is improved to improve the production capacity of the pulper. It can shorten the disintegration time, and reduce energy consumption and increase production capacity.
