The paperless gypsum board producted from our production line, can save a lot of paper and wood pulp consumption, cost savings, while completely overcoming the problem of paper plasterboard off the paper damage. Because of the special physical properties of high temperature gypsum, the comprehensive performance of the paperless gypsum board produced by it has been greatly improved, including the mechanical properties of the product, nail holding power, fireproof performance, acoustic performance, hanging performance, anti-cracking and anti-vibration performance, post-processing performance and post-processing performance are incomparable to the ordinary gypsum board.
The paperless gypsum board is different from the paper-faced gypsum board, which needs binding force from the outside during the initial setting of the slurry to make the slurry reach the required shape after the forming process. For this reason, our company has developed a new type of forming machine with upper and lower belt structure, and the lower belt is with baffle edge protrusion to prevent the slurry from running to both sides during the forming process. The active belt pulley adopts large diameter rollers to increase the bending radius of the belt and the service life of the belt. The upper forming belt head pulley adopts liftable design to meet the needs of different board forming. And it makes the internal grid cloth laying parallel and flat inside the gypsum board to ensure the consistency of the whole board strength. The upper and lower belts are made of new material and equipped with cleaning device in one section and multi-section automatic adjusting device in the middle part to ensure the thickness of the board. It makes the finished boards have the best flexural resistance.
