* Baking paper- also known as bakery paper or parchment paper, as it is often called especially in the US- is grease proof paper that is used in baking and cooking as it provides a heat-resistant, non-stick surface to bake on.
* Baking paper made of 100% virgin wood pulp. Both sides are processed by food grade silicone, so that it is oilproof,waterproof, non-stick and against high temperature to 230ºC.
* Thanks to these features, our baking paper is widely used for food cooking, baking, steaming, roasting, grilling, freezing and food wrapping.
