1. Main causes of high vibration include:
(1) unbalanced screw;
(2) bearing damage;
(3) the throughput is too small;
(4) low inlet pressure,
(5) the drive shaft is bent;
(6) foundation or anchor bolts are loose;
(7) friction between screw and sleeve of vertical three-screw pump;
(8) sundries into the vertical three screw pump.
2. Treatment:
(1) increase the throughput;
(2) increase the inlet pressure.
(3) switch the vertical three-screw pump and the fitter maintenance;
