parker gear pump is also called positive displacement device, that is, like a piston in a cylinder, when one tooth enters the fluid space of another tooth, the liquid is mechanically squeezed out. Since the liquid is incompressible, the liquid and the tooth cannot occupy the same space at the same time, thus eliminating the liquid. Because of the continuous engagement of the teeth, this phenomenon occurs continuously, thus providing a continuous discharge at the pump outlet, and the same amount is discharged with each turn of the pump. With the continuous rotation of the drive shaft, the pump continues to discharge fluid. Pump flow is directly related to pump speed. The most basic form of parker gear pump is that two gears of the same size are meshing and rotating with each other in a closely matched housing. The interior of the housing is similar to the figure of "8". Two gears are installed inside, and the outer diameter and sides of the gears are closely matched with the housing. The material from the extruder enters the middle of the two gears at the suction inlet, and fills this space. With the rotation of the teeth, it moves along the shell, and at last it is discharged when the two teeth mesh.
