Parker&Commercial Dump truck, tipper Gear Pump (G101 G102)
Description features:
1). We are proud to offer the popular pumps for the dump body and trailer industries.
2). We offer two different families of this popular pump
3). Pressure settings are available in either 2000 or 2500psi setting
4). Flows of 23 and 34 GPM at 1800 RPM
5). Speeds to 2400 RPM
6). Direct mount SAE "B" 4 bolt or twin shafted remote mount with bracket
7). All cast iron 3 piece construction fully rebuildable
8). Built-in direct acting & adjustable relief valve set at factory
9). Heavy duty needle roller bearings provides long lasting service even in the roughest of dump applications
10). High precision, super finished, hardened and high strength alloy steel gears and shafts
11). Pressure balanced thrust plates maintain high pump efficiency throughout all operating ranges
12). Integral valve capable of 2-line for intermittent duty or 3-line for continuous duty systems
13). 1 1/4" NPT inlet port, 3/4" NPT pressure port and 3/4" NPT return port for 3-line applications
14). Extra long assembly studs for easy installation of pump support bracket on direct mount units
15). Neutral lock-out safety cap for use with pull-out cable preventing accidental lowering of the dump body
16). Pump and cylinder protected in the Raise & Neutral position of the valve spool
17). All pumps and relief valves are 100% factory tested
18). Full interchangeable with Commercial, Permco, Muncie, Chelsea
19). Each pump is individually boxed in protective shpping materials
