Pd Screw Pump for High Viscosity Liquid

Overview
The double-entry twin-screw pump is self-designed by Shanghai Yinuo. The viscosity can be 1~3000cSt, which can be expanded to 100000cSt when reduces the pump speed. For muti-phase, the gas content shall be less than 80%, and sediment concentration shall be no more than 500g/m3.

Feature
1. Low pulsation, low noise, and compact structure;
2. Heat-tracing function with heat conducting oil to ensure the transportation of high-density oil;
3. Motor drive the pump directly without any reduction gear, which is easy to maintain;
4. To meet user's request for different pressure and flow rate by changing the thread pitch of bush;
5. Double mechanical seal, forced rinsing/lubricating, and cooling system are to ensure the sealing in long working term;
6. In all working condition, the double-helix bushes design will make axial thrust spreading evenly on screw rod;
7. Shaft and bush are independent of optional material, which makes the pump suitable for different fields;
8. Bearing span is very short that is to reduce the deviation of screw roads, and ensure safety operation under high voltage, its delicate and compact inner structure contributes to its max. effciency;
9. Special design for pump inner casing gives enough space for liquid and separated path for gas during working, which makes the pump running smoothly with 80% gas in the pipe.
