Portal Crane is a kind of crane that mostly used in shipyards, wharfs, loading and unloading places.The revolving part of the crane is mounted on the portal base.The portal base is actually the load-bearing part of the crane.Traveling mechanism is installed under the portal base, which can travel on the track set on the ground (Fixed Portal Crane is fixed on the ground, not include traveling mechanism). The rotating part is equipped with a boom and lifting, rotating and luffing mechanism. Four mechanism work together to complete the installation of equipment or hull segments, or to carry out cargo loading and unloading.
