Pure Hydrogen Generator
TH-300/500/1000 pure hydrogen generator is SPE/PEM Technology. PEM full name is Proton Exchange Membrane. Also called SPE technology ( solid polymer electrolyte). Only electrolysis pure water( no need to add alkaline) to produce high purity hydrogen. It is world advance technology which can replace the hydrogen gas cylinder. Our machine is safe, high conversion efficiency and continuously gas generation.
H2 flow rate from 0--1000ml/min, H2 output purity reaches 99.999%, standard machines H2 output pressure is 0--0.4MPa, higher pressure machine up to 1MPa. Output pressure is very stable. No fluctuation. Machines have: H2 output flow rate display, H2 output pressure display, Water level display, over high pressure safety protection etc.

2. No chemical(KOH or NaOH ) inside. Directly electrolysis pure water. Protect GC column.
3. Use proton exchange membrane from USA "Dupont" brand
4. Inside use silicon rubber rings ( lower sulphur content), increase gas output purity,
guarantee GC basic line stable.
5. Output pressure and gas output flow rate display both use integration control.
6. Automatically water level control, when short of water, machine auto stop working,
greatly protect electrolysis cell lifetime.
