Description:
It is used to clean metal tramp iron, such as nails, bolts, staplesand metal debris, from non-magnetic metarials in conveyor system, to protect conveyor, crusher, hammer mill and other process equipment downstream from damage. It is suspended crossly over the belt conveyor,made of ferrite magnet or rare earth magnetneodymium iron boron cangenerate a suitable magnetic field, and capture ferrous impurities.

Application:
1) Remove tramp iron from thick material layers and larger particles of mineral ores, coal, coke and limestone for purification of product or ingredient.
2) Protectprocessing equipment such as crushers, pulverizers, conveyors, belts, screens, etc.
3) Recovery of steel from steelworks slag.
