Q1: Are your products safe for food contact?
A: Our materials are 100% virgin environmental, our factory is running under the standard management system of ISO GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 , and our products food contact certificates acquired to assure our products safe for food contact.
A: Yes, of course, we can provide OEM , and ODM as well. Please kindly offer us your drawing or samples so that we can customize them as your requirements.
Q3: How about the lead time?
A: Delivery date will be 10-18 working days for normal order quantity. For big order, please check with us further.
A: MOQ of paper cups, paper bags paper boxes is 10 cartons per style, for customized items, please check with us.
A: Usually delivery time is 10-25 days after down payment received.
Q6: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a listed company with 2 different factories with the workshop over 8,000 square meters.

A: We can send samples for your testing and confirmation before mass production.
In case of the products has problem when you received, we will undertake the responsibility and compensate if it is our fault.
