4. Can I have my logo on the product? Can I use my own design?
1) Please provide your design or logo in AI or PS format.
2) We offer customization for the color, logo placement, and choose from silk screen printing, debossing, or embossing.

5. How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge?How many days?
1) Please send us the model number of the item you are interested in.
2) We offer one free sample per model; however, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
3) Samples are typically dispatched within 3-5 days via DHL or UPS.

6. How much will it cost for my own design? What are the sample charges? Is it possible to get a refund upon placing a mass production order?
1) The molding and sample fees depend on your specific design.
2) The lead time is 5 days for a sample mold and 10 days for a mass production mold.
3) Sample charges will be refunded once an order is placed. Molding fees are refundable based on your order volume.
4) Please note that all sample shipments do not include shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding!
