The main purpose of petroleum cooling tower condensers is to reduce the temperature of petroleum or petroleum products during petroleum processing and refining processes. It can be used to condense petroleum vapor, liquefied petroleum gas, and other petroleum products for subsequent processing or storage. In addition, petroleum cooling tower condensers can also be used in other fields such as industrial waste gas treatment and heat exchange in chemical processes.
The condenser usually consists of the following parts:
1. Condenser tube bundle: This is a pipeline through which petroleum or petroleum products pass, transferring heat to the cooling medium through the heat transfer of the pipeline wall.
2. Cooling medium: It can be air or water, used to absorb the heat of petroleum or petroleum products and take them away.
3. Fan or pump: used to provide cooling medium flow to increase heat transfer efficiency.
