PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts undergo a hardening and crystallization process, losing their flexibility. Under these brittle conditions, the flash of molded products, being thinner than the finished product, becomes brittle sooner. The PG-120T Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this principle: it operates within the timeframe when the flash is brittle, while the products retain flexibility. High-speed projected plastic media target the brittle flashes, dislodging them without damaging the main product.
