Introduction
PT-SD Series Steam Sterilizer is mainly used for the sterilization, leak test and washing of ampoule, syrup and IV solution with small capacity. It adopts pressure steam as sterilizing medium to achieve the uniform sterilization between 105ºC~127ºC. This sterilizer adopts heating mode of displacement and exhausting from multi-points to ensure the through elimination of cold air in chamber, uniform and rapid heating and eliminate the dead corner caused by the existing cold air. Leak test by vacuum and color water is adopted to improve the detection rate of waste after sterilization, meanwhile provides the documents system that meets 2010 version GMP requirement.
