Sinyo Model 1999 adjustable cellophane overwrapping machine (with adhesive tear-tape)
Application:
Cellophane overwrapping machine is used for overwrapping the square, rectangular product with a layer of cellophane(BOPP, OPP, PVC) the same as the packaging of cigarette.
Suitable for single and bundles packaging of various pharmaceuticals, condom, health-care products, confectionery, chewing gum, tea, coffees, perfumes, cosmetics, scratchpad, stationery, eraser, digital-media, VCD/DVD/CD cassette, tape, tobaccos, playing cards, napkin paper, pencil, ballpoint etc. Changing few parts could overwrap different dimension (length, width, height) of various products.
Application characteristics:
This machine is designed on the basis of absorbing\digesting and improving the advanced science and technology from Europe and Japan, using imported digital display transducer or PLC control and electrical components, with the advantage of stable and reliable operation\high speed\a firm packing, smooth and beautiful.

1. Adopting the foreign famous brand of digital display transducer\computer touch screen, PLC control and pneumatic components, the machine could be driven by cylinder and servo motor controlling of film feeding system.
2. The machine could do single case and bundled cases packing, with automatic feeding, folding, heat-sealing, packing, counting and stick tear tape. Packing speed could be adjusted freely.
