Introduction
- PT-ZPT 370 series high speed tablet press machine is rotary type tablet press, can press various granule shape material to tablet by a pair of pre press rollers and a pair of main press rollers by 2 times.
- The production area of ZPT 370 series tablet press machine is whole enclosed. Contact parts material is acid-resisting soda austenitic stainless steel; nonmetal material is innocuous material. The four transparent windows can be opened completely so that machine can be cleaned without obstruction. Punches and dies can be exchanged easily. The drive area of the machine is sealed by three stainless steel door (with multi-holes material inside) and electroniccabinet.
- Drive parts and lower guide rail is fixed inside this area, which makes operation safe and low noise. Tablet pressing process includes filling, dosing, pre press, main press and tablet ejection. This machine is operated by HMI and four hand wheels.
Function and Features
- Adopts PLC control with automatic protective function;
- Touch screen operation. Operation menu is easy to understand;
- Force-feeding unit with a good applicability to powder;
- Central automatic lubrication system;
- Main and pre-pressing tablets formed twice;
