USEAGE:
The MQX Series Bin Washer is mainly used for washing a variety of pharma bins in pharmaceutical industry, it can effectively clean up the residual foreign matters (mainly chemical residues) in the internal& external surface of bin, thereby preventing the cross contamination of various ingredients during the pharmaceutical production process, it is a common washing equipment in solid dosage production process. With PLC programme controlled technology, it is necessary mechatronics equipment which complies with GMP standard in the solid dosage production process of pharmaceutical industry
Features:
It is applicable for automatically washing blender bins, transfer bins and drums, also it can provide a unified washing standard to container washing, reduce labour intensity, improve production efficiency and it's easy to trace and identify during washing process
The equipment consists of multi-modules combination design of main machine, water exchange system, AHU, drying system and auto-control system, free combination to form washing system of various functions and configurations which is convenient for customer to choose
One set of equipment can be used for washing bins of various sizes, reducing the washing cost
Automatic record of operation parameters can validate the operation result
Working principle:
Push the bin to be washed into washing room and orientate, rotate the chassis to rotate the bin slowly; the nozzles mounted on the washing room walls will spray washing liquids to wash the outer surface of bin, the top nozzle can be lowered down inside the bin to wash internal surface. After the washing finished, inject heated clean air to washing room to dry the internal& external surface of bin
