SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying equipment developed by our company on the basis of combining similar equipment technology. SZG series double-conical rotary vacuum dryer, can be quickly speed-adjusted regulation and constant temperature control. - The material can be evenly and quickly dried under uninterrupted rotation.
- The material is heated by the heat source in the interlayer of the inner wall of the rotating cylinder. Under the action of gravity, the material is evenly contacted on the wall of the double cone. The vacuum cylinder cooperates with continuous air extraction and moisture removal to achieve the purpose of uniform drying and mixing.
- Mainly used in medicine, chemical, food, metallurgy, and other industries, suitable for heat-sensitive, easy to oxidize, crystals that are not allowed to be destroyed, solvents that need to be recovered, strong irritating or toxic materials.
- The heating temperature can be automatically controlled, and the data can be recorded and printed. And has a fault alarm function.
- The equipment has high operating stability, low noise, and generally has a service life of more than 20 years.
