Our Automatic Auger type powder filling machine is a compact model applied to dose all kinds of dry powder both free flow and non-free flow powder into bottles/cans/jars/etc.
The machine provides powder metering and filling,inline weight checking and reject under or overweight filled containers function .
Bottles and cans are transmitted by conveyor belt combined with indexing drives and star wheel (rotary) table.Equipped with a photo eye sensor for bottle detection so to achieve a goal of bottle-fill and no-bottle no-fill.
*Fully stainless steel structure, open-type transparent hopper,can be cleaned without special tools.
*Servo Motor & servo driver to control screw. Servo controls turntable very stable.
*PLC control & touch screen for simple operation
