Phenolic Cotton Sheet is a medium weight, cotton fabric based sheet reinforced with a phenolic resin binder. This combination provides excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability and good electrical properties. The phenolic resin imparts good heat resistance, excellent dielectric strength and low water absorption. Phenolic Cotton Sheet is used in applications requiring good dielectric properties, mechanical strength, and resistance to heat and moisture.

Application scope:
This series of products are made of cotton cloth impregnated with phenolic resin by drying and hot pressing. F3136 has high mechanical strength and is suitable for mechanical parts such as rubberized gear wheel, guide wheel and other mechanical parts.
