Q1. Can you produce customize products?
Yes. Our factory can produce per your drawing.
We provide cold upsetting, hot forging, stamping parts, machined parts, cold working parts and other customized parts.
Q2. Can you provide free samples?
Yes. for standard fasteners, it can be provided right away if available. For customized parts, it may take 15 days after mold ready.
Q3. Do I need to pay the new mold fee?
For some parts if need new mold, you should pay certain amount in advance to start this project. The fee will be refunded when your order reach to the amount per our contract.
Q4. Where is your factory and can I visit it?
Welcome to visit us! Our factory is located in Zhongshan, Guangdong province.
You may can fly to Hongkong or Guangzhou. Then take the high speed train to Zhongshan.
Q5. How do you guarantee quality?
Our quality system has passed ISO9001 certification for quality control. Self-inspection and quality inspection in the whole process starting from the raw material to the finished products out.
Based on our current customer request, products need to be 100% by optical screening machine before shipment. So to ensure the fasteners can perfectly fit for customer's automatic production line.
Q6.What's the MOQ for process?
Our production system follows the process of sample- trail production -mass production, so to meet the customer's requirements. After customer qualify the our trail production products, we will suggest the MOQ to customer to arrange their order to us.
Q7. What's you delivery time?
Samples for 15-30 days. Mass product for 20-45 days.
Q8. Do you accept to use of our logo?
