1.Prepare photosensitive adhesive
A. Add the photosensitive powder directly into the latex slurry and stir slowly until evenly mixed.B. Leave it for 4-6 hours until the bubbles generated during stirring escape before use.
2.Pre treatment of wire mesh
A. Coarse new polyester
Use a brush dipped in Autoprep to perform circular motion on the wire mesh to achieve uniform roughening.
B.Degreasing treatment
New or used polyester, nylon, and stainless steel mesh need to be thoroughly degreased with Universal Meshprer before use
The law is coarsening.
3.Apply photosensitive oil
Coating, tilt the screen at an angle of 80-85 degrees. Apply using a high-quality sizing agent according to the following method:
A.First, apply two coats on the printing surface and then on the ink surface. After drying at 40 ºC, apply another coat on each side. After drying at 40 ºC, these coatings have been applied
Can meet the requirements of medium mesh size.
B.For thicker silk or thick film screen printing, the number of scraping coatings can be increased on the printing surface after drying.
C.When drying the screen, the ink surface should be placed facing up, and the drying temperature should be 40 ºC.
D.When using water-resistant photosensitive adhesive to make silk screen printing, after exposure and development, drying, and inspection of the screen, it is necessary to evenly apply WF Hardener (WR hardener) on both sides of the screen. After 10-15 minutes, rinse with water and dry before putting it into use. The screen after using hardener (hardener) cannot peel off, and the screen cannot be reused.
