Machine Function:
The powder content of tablet press (100 mesh) should be less than 10% of the granular material, which used to compressed into 4 ~ 12mm tablets .This machine is not suitable for semisolid, moisture granule, low melting point and moisture absorption materials and fine powder material.
 
Principle:
Tablet press process includes excessive filling, ration, preloading and the main pressure forming. The upper punch is on the top of die hole, the middle die is in the center and the lower punch is in the bottom hole. The power from the driving part makes turntable rotate. Meanwhile, when the turntable rotates, the upper and lower punch also rotate in a fixed track, and then the tablets can be completed. This machine can be continuously adding material and laying out tablets.
 
Range of Application:
The machine can press tablets into round shape or different geometrical shape. The thickness, pressure and pressing speed can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, electronic and other industries.
