JY40A3 Pilot Oil Source 

Application 
This product is applied to hydraulic control circuits of truck crane, crawler crane, telscopic boom crane offer stable oil source,and supply slewing system flow.
 
Functions and features 

1. The thread cartridge reducing valve and overflow valve contribute to a compact structure and easy maintenance; 
 
2. It can precisely provide pilot oil source for the system, usually at 30bar;
 
3. It adopts the solenoid valve to control the switching on/off of pilot oil source;
 
4. Pilot oil circuit and rotary oil circuit are connected in parallel. For rotary action, the pressure of pilot oil source will not be influenced by rotary pressure; 
 
5. This valve not only can offer pilot pressure but also supply oil to rotation to save a pilot oil pump for the complete machine and reduce cost.
 
Basic parameters 

1. Rated pressure: 25MPa;

2. Rated flow: 80L/min;
 
3. Accumulator: 0.4L (to be changed according to actual demand);
 
4. Pilot output pressure: 3.0MPa;
 
5. Overflow setting pressure: 3.5 MPa;
 
6. Working voltage of solenoid valve: 24VDC;
 
7. Setting pressure of check valve: 3.2MPa.
