Product Description
The present machine is used for extruding such half-finished rubber products as tire tread, cable and feeding rubber, etc.
GENERAL DESIGN AND FEATURE:
1. The cold feed extruder has been a ripe technology, 90Kextruders in the world are cld feed.
1) Without warm-up mill for the extruder, so investment and production cost can be reduced.
2) Stationary temperature and viscidity rubber stock can be fed continuously, so high precision and homogeneity.
3)Mounting the extruder has nothing to do with the compound-prepairation workshop, more suitable for the company which hasn't mixing one.

1)The screw and liners all made of nitrided steel are nitrogenized, so resistance to wear enough and better self-cleaning.
2)The screw with advanced structure is machined withN. C. Milling machine, so high precision.
3)Liners of the barrel with helical intake groolves had better heat conduction and feeding rolls are fixed at the feed zone.
4)Advanced reducer with a forced lubrication system, high working accuracy, less noise and wear resistance.
5) It is driven by a D. C. Motor, choose extrusion parameter according to diferent kinds of rubber stock and viscidity.
6)Each zone of the extrusion body can be automatically controlled with a hot water circulating unit.
7)More usres, the extrusion head or screw can be changed to extrude different kings of rubber stock.
