Ø The pipe end beveling machine consist of machine body, power unit, profile cutting mechanism, electric lifting mechanism, hydraulic unit, radial feed mechanism, axial feed mechanism, electric controls etc; The machine body welding by steel plate, impacteds structure; Electric Motor using to top brand of China; Operator panel in both of Chinese and English;
Ø On-line performance: good (designed as per online equipment of production line)
Ø Bevel efficiency ≤3Min/pipe bevel(DN200 SCH80, V type bevel )
Ø Bevel cutting: cutting off pipe with another equipments such as band saw m/c and then machining bevel for each pipe
Ø Bevel quality: very good, surface finish quality up to above
Ø Error of perpendicularity after beveling φ325~630:≤1.0mm;
Suitable for heavy wall thickness pipe, especially for S.S, A.S etc with U, V and double V type bevel etc processing.
