Dredging Floater Cable floats Cable collar With Pipeline are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. One complete dredging pipe float consists of two halves filled with PU foam which are connected by galvanized bolts, nuts and washers. The reasonable structure makes the dredging floats perform well in tough condition.
Specification of Dredger Electric Floats Dredge Electric Floater Cable Floats for Pipeline
Cables are placed on the upper part of floats, and dredging pipes are installed in the middle which can work at the same time.
Material: Virgin PE shell with PU foam inside. (emtpy floats withou PU foam also available.)
Color: Orange, yellow, customized colors ( usually in bright colors)
Inner Diameter:560mm
Wall Thickness: 8±1mm
Noted: Cable floats type and size all can customized.
If you want a bigger or smaller buoyancy, we can design a new cable floats.
The inner diameter can be adjusted from 355 to 710 to fit different pipes.
