Step Motor: Performance Institution startup device. Use AC220V power supply. Adjust the hand wheel: the lock and loosen for installation
X-Y slider: regulating mechanism of welding torch position. The adjustment range of the X direction is ± 60mm, and the adjustment range of the Y direction is ± 60mm.
Welding  gun clamp: The clamping device of the welded torch. The angle of the welded gun can be adjusted and the range is ± 90 degrees.
Positioning device: used for the stability of fixed equipment.
  Options: Switching funds (can be widening welded seams during welding, welding width can be set)

The operation process is as follows
1. Prepare welding related accessories (electric welder, wire feeder, welding wire, gas cylinder)
2. Set relevant welding parameters in the control
3. Place the machine into the pipe mouth and fix it, and adjust the welding angle of the welding gun.
4. Press the start button and the welding is completed according to the set parameters. After welding is completed, the spindle automatically returns to the origin and the welding is completed.
