Work Flow Introduction:
Containerized Type Piping/ Pipe Spooling Fabrication System makes pipe cutting/ beveling/ fitting-up/ welding integrated in container, easy to transport with the construction sites change. By scientific distribution and join of every container with conveyor handling system, this movable production line improves efficiency.
Design management:
It has PDMS and tribonect., has the function of: nesting pipes, automatic generating and management of spool drawings, 3D display of spool drawings, working sheets can be both Chinese and English language, working sheets format can designed according to client's needs, all data can be saved as excel or other format.
Material management:
It can integrated with material management software from client's side, and manage pipes and fittings, automatic generate production lists as per daily/ weekly or monthly plan, and track from pipes into storage until on site installation finish or anti-track to satisfy project tracking and searching function.
Fabrication production management:
lSummarize and calculate cutting, beveling, fitting-up and welding daily production materials, manhour, equipment working hours;
lPressure testing and generate pressure testing package;
lSummarize various pipe anticorrosion information (galvanization, plastic coating, painting). Before anticorrosion treatment, pipes should have permanent code treatment;
lMake report according to P&ID, including valve, bolt, washer of system;
