APPLICATIONS
steam heat treatment of high speed steel tool, die, bar tool, silicon steel sheet, motor stator, rotor and metal blade, to enhense their wear resistance, antirust, anticorrosion and insulation.
Characteristics
1.Automatic program control, stable operation, good process repeating, optional HMI.
2.The radiation tube heating, the heating chamber can be made to circle or square, the hot fan has strong circulation flow, no dead angle, and the temperature is uniform
3.The steam generator is made by stainless steel, with stainless steel high temperature valve and flow control device.
4.Equiped with vacuum diaphragm valve and the pressure sensor, It will automatic replace fresh media in set condition.
