Product Description
Our company's ceramic wear-resistant coatings mainly use plasma sprayed ceramic materials and supersonic sprayed metal ceramic materials. The main materials include cobalt based tungsten carbide, nickel based tungsten carbide, alumina titanium, and chromium oxide. This type of material has high hardness, corrosion resistance, and certain toughness. It has excellent and stable wear resistance and wear reduction performance under various working conditions. The coating structure is dense, and the surface can be polished to a roughness of Ra0.1, achieving a mirror effect.

Coating material:
1. Co WC: Good high-temperature red hardness, wear-resistant particle wear, and erosion resistance.
2. Ni WC: High hardness, resistant to high-temperature oxidation.
3. AT20: High hardness and good comprehensive wear resistance.
4. AT40 (alumina titanium): The coating is dense, has good toughness, and high bonding strength.
