After years of industry practice, it has been proved that GFRP (Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic) moulds have obvious advantages in gypsum cornice moulds. Its advantages are like, smooth and flat surface, high temperature and moisture resistance. The back of FRP mould is attached with a firm steel frame so that the mould is durable without deformation and contraction. In the meantime, gesso product decorative pattern and textures will be very clear and have a strong three-dimensional effect by using the GFRP moulds for gypsum products production.

(Tips: It is better not to use hard objects to touch the surface of the molds, avoiding unnecessary damage to the mould and affect its service life and quality of the finished product)
