Plastic Basket Washing Machine
Brief Introduction
The basket washer is used for washing plastic basket, box, bin, crate, tray, bucket and other food containers. The application sites can be food processing center, slaughter house, food logistic center, distribution center, baking industry, fast food industry and agriculture industry.
We adopt water proof and water saving design to divide the machine into several cleaning sections such as hot alkaline water cleaning, hot water cleaning, cold water cleaning. Finally the machine can dry the baskets by air cooling system.
The spray water has an independent circulating water tank, and the hot water tank is equipped with steam heating, the temperature can be set freely and automatically constant temperature. The cleaning adopts high-pressure spraying around, and all of them are independently filtered. The cleaning is thorough. The machine is easy to operate.

Features
1.Machine body---It is made of stainless steel plates. The waterproof door is detachable which is easy for maintenance. Curtains at the inlet and outlet to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing out. The water tank is equipped with sewage outlets.
2.Heating and temperature control system---The digital temperature controller can display and adjust the temperature of cleaning luquid automatically. It can adjust the temperature from room degree to 80 degrees. When it's lower than the lower limit of setting degree the system will adjust it automatically till it rises to the upper limit then it close the steam valve automatically.
3.Filtration system---There is a mesh filter basket installed in the water tank to filter out impurities from the returning water to prevent them entering the water system and block the nozzle.
4.Water spray system----It contains multiple annular spray pipes, nozzles, pumps and pipes. Each group of spray pipes is composed of four directions and the angle is adjustable. So no dead angles when cleaning.5.
